Easy Returns

Changed your mind? No worries! Return eligible items within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.

What Can Be Returned

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn products with original tags and packaging.

• Items delivered in damaged or defective condition.

• If you are Recieving any damaged or defective products , please contact us within 24-48hrs , so we will re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-7 working days.

What Can’t Be Returned

• Innerwear, personal accessories, or items marked as “Final Sale.”

• Items with visible signs of wear or without original packaging.

How to Return

1. Go to My Orders in the Nexaan app.

2. Select the item and click on ‘Return’.

3. Choose your reason and preferred pickup time.

4. Our delivery partner will pick it up – quick and hassle-free!

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be credeted within 5-7 working days to your original payment method or Nexaan Wallet.
